How to Fix Web Browser (IE,Chrome,Mozilla) Security Certificate Error in Windows

Most of the time when we trying to access any website through  internet browser like -Internet Explorer (IE,Chrome,Mozilla Firefox ) etc then we are facing problem of Internet Certificate Error
as shown in the given picture below..

The Occurrence  of Above Problem Mainly Because Of  Two Reasons .

1. System Date and Time Are Not Set Properly As Shown In The Picture ,Here It Show           Date 2/12/2000 And Time 4.44 AM Which Is Incorrect So Please Correct Date And Time and  Restart the Web browser  again ,the Internet Certificate Error Problem will be Resolve .

   2. The Second Reason Behind This Problem Is Installation Of Unlicensed Version Of                      Operating  System O.S In The System.So My Suggestion Is That Either Purchase a License        Version OS Or Install Crack The Install Operation System and Activate It.
